In addition to many other programs, Anytime Fitness Zuidas offers Yoga, Essentrics Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga are, just as Essentrics & Pilates, regular items on our timetable. In total we offer as many as eight classes per week.
